Catching Up With David Labrava And Niko Nicotero From Sons Of Anarchy

(PCM) Fans are obviously reeling from last night’s thrilling episode of “Sons Of Anarchy”, especially Juice’s little encounter with Chibs. It is nearly impossible to predict just how that situation is going to unfold. Will Juice continue to keep Gemma’s secret  or will Jax finally find out the truth about Tara’s real killer. Either way he is one a path for vengeance that will most likely continue throughout the show’s final season. On a happier note, we were thrilled with the news earlier this year that actors David Labrava (Happy) and Niko Nicotero (RatFace) were updated to series regulars for the shows final ride. We were able to catch up with both Labrava and Nicotero, when they made their debut at San Diego Comic Con back in July. When asked how they feel about the show’s final season, Nicotero tells us “We have been saying that it feels bittersweet, however the vibe on the set from what I understand has been similar to how it was during the first season”. Labrava adds “It’s totally fun on the set, everyone is excited. Their characters have evolved to a point where we are absolutely comfortable with that person and who that person … Continue reading

The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus Talks About Daryl’s Bond With Beth And More!

(PCM) Recently, we were able to catch up with The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus during San Diego Comic Con 2014 to shed some insight into where his character Daryl’s head space is going into the new season, as well as his relationship with Beth. Reedus tells us “There has been so much gradual change with Daryl from season one up until now. He is so different so he’s on that same trajectory. The thing with this show is that they will always be like ‘Here..Here…this is delicious….sike!!’ All of those characters get more hardened as it goes along. They are fighting even harder and everyone is in fifth gear right now.” Throughout the course of last season there was some definite chemistry between Daryl and Beth that was beginning to flourish, especially right before Beth was snatched away. Reedus reveals “Beth was kind of like this long dark tunnel. She was kind of like this little flame at the end of it. He got closer and closer to that flame and thought maybe he could see something and maybe there would be light and it’s getting warmer and warmer… and then someone blew it out.” He goes on to say “If … Continue reading

The Vampire Diaries Take On Life And Death At Comic Con 2014

(PCM) Last season, the hit CW series “The Vampire Diaries” left us with quite a bit of a cliffhanger. Fans were beside themselves with emotion as well saw both Damon and Bonnie step into The Light. We were able to catch up with the cast of “The Vampire Diaries” while out at San Diego Comic Con 2014 to get the inside scoop on season six. The show put on a wonderful presentation in Hall H and of course, after a hilarious intro video, stars Kat Graham and Ian Somerhalder entered the stage first, at least proving that we definitely haven’t seen the last of their characters in the world of Mystic Falls. When we asked actress Kat Graham how she was going to deal with being on the other side she jokingly responded “Well, I’ve been there for quite some time and I’m not paying rent…so…that’s good”. Graham also comments on the fan reaction to last season’s jaw-dropping finale saying “Sometimes fans create their own backlash, not realizing that we as the actors are totally in on it. I knew it was coming and I wanted to make sure that I had the best reaction possible. There are a lot … Continue reading

Zachary Quinto Talks 'Agent 47' at SDCC 14'

(PCM) Fox brought an array of movies to Comic-con this year, but one of the major highlights from their presentation was ‘Agent 47’ their up-and-coming video game adaptation. After the Hall H panel where we got an exclusive first look of the film, we had a chance to catch up with stars from the film Zachary Quinto and Hannah Ware about the upcoming project. Check out what these cast members have to say about the highly anticipated film below! The press conference immediately opened with a tough question in regards to Paul Walkers attachment to the project and how his untimely death has affected production on the film. Although the question wasn’t entirely appropriate, especially when you consider Quinto wasn’t even attached to the film at that point, the actor handled it like a pro, stating: “I know it was a really tough moment, they were pretty close to starting production when that really tragic thing happened. I am grateful to be part of carrying something on, but obviously everyone has acknowledged it was in the face of great lose.” Fans of the franchise were a bit underwhelmed with the 2007 live-action adaptation of this franchise, and with the same writer attached to the reboot what sets this film apart from its predecessor? “It’s eight years on since they made [the first] movie. I think technology and cinematography have evolved in a lot of ways, I think it’s very different visually. There’s a scale to this movie and a dynamic to it, there’s a sleekness to it, that I think separates it a little bit form that previous film. But again, times are different, and appetites have changed, and people have higher expectations for visual effects and special effects – and I think that’s what this movie is based in, … Continue reading

We are certainly curious as to what Nolan has up his sleeve for this film and don’t doubt that there may indeed be a few more surprises along the way. “Interstellar” will hit theaters on November 7th, 2014!

Trailer For BatKid Documentary Has Been Released

Batkid1

(PCM) Award-winning film director, Dana Nachman, launched an Indiegogo campaign to finish the official Batkid documentary, “Batkid Begins”, a documentary about 5-year-old Miles Scott, a leukemia survivor who asked the Make-A-Wish Foundation to be transformed into Batkid for a day. The campaign was launched one week ago, and is now at 40% of its $100K goal. “Batkid Begins” goes behind the scenes chronicling the story of Miles Scott, a 5-year old in remission after spending half of his years fighting leukemia. Last November, with the support of family, strangers, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Miles was transformed into Batkid and called upon to save Gotham City (aka San Francisco) from impending doom. What was anticipated to be an event with 200-300 in attendance quickly grew into a city-wide phenomenon that captured the spirits and imaginations of 25,000 people who lined the streets to cheer Batkid on. Sharknado 2: The Second One Embraced By Comic Con

(PCM) As we bunker down for Sharknado 2: The Second One to roar into our homes with it’s premiere on Syfy tonight, we are pleased to share some fun tid-bits of information that we picked up for the cast and crew during their stop to promote the film during last weekend’s San Diego Comic Con panel and press room. Comic Con attendees were gobbling up every moment of the panel and after seeing the film, we have to admit that is so ridiculously far-fetched it is actually pretty damn good! We definitely learned quite a few facts about Sharknado’s, ways to survive them, and just how much fun the cast and crew had putting this film together. During our interview with director Anthony Ferrante, he says “Because we have a Sharknado, we can do whatever we want! Yeah, they can be in the sky, yeah, they can tear through subway cars..that’s the fun part. That’s what people get hung up on. They are like ‘oh, they can’t do this or that’, but cars don’t turn into robots, right. But you accept that too, so as long as you can accept this stuff can happen than you can take it anywhere”. … Continue reading

Catching Up With The Cast Of The Walking Dead At Comic Con 2014

(PCM) Fans of the hit AMC series “The Walking Dead” have been at the edge of their seats ever since last season’s high intensity finale wandering about the fate of our beloved survivors. This year at Comic Con 2014, AMC revealed a epic brand-new trailer for Season Five and it was literally mind-blowing! In fact, I think that this trailer was the most revealing, as far as plot details are concerned, in the show’s history. If you haven’t see it yet..you can view it below: I was able to catch up with the cast of “The Walking Dead” during a press roundtable session during Comic Con 2014 to get the important details about the upcoming season straight from the source. There has been a lot of talk about the relationship between Rick and Carl throughout the first three seasons of the show with Carl’s rebellion and then ultimate respect for his father’s authority. However, with the death of Lori which cause Carl to lose his mother and Rick to lose his wife, Carl begins to question Rick’s ability as a leader. Chandler Riggs tells us “In season four Carl sees that Rick has stepped down for the leadership role and … Continue reading
